Approved Workshop Standards
Accurate diagnosis is essential before replacing components. Our watchmakers inspect the movement, winding system, calendar or chronograph functions, crown, crystal, seals, case and bracelet before preparing an estimate.
Genuine Rado components are used where required and available. High-tech ceramic cases and bracelet parts are handled with particular care; unlike metal components, ceramic is not treated with conventional polishing. Where a ceramic component is damaged, the appropriate solution may be replacement, subject to availability.
