Three delicate trefoils of blue sapphire are spaced along the necklace, each formed from a trio of round sapphires surrounding a tiny diamond at its heart. Together, the nine sapphires create a beautiful rhythm of blue across the neckline, while the diamonds add just a pinpoint of light.
