Product Story

Confident, versatile and unmistakably Swiss, the Victorinox Maverick Large 241934 combines the purposeful character of a dive-inspired sports watch with a design refined enough for everyday wear.

The substantial 43mm stainless-steel case is paired with a matching steel bracelet and a unidirectional rotating bezel, giving the Maverick its strong sporting character. At its centre, the rich green dial provides the defining touch of colour, complemented by luminous hands and hour markers for excellent readability.

Protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, the dial also incorporates a practical date display, while the Swiss quartz movement delivers the reliable, fuss-free precision for which Victorinox is known.

With 100 metres of water resistance, a screw-in caseback and robust stainless-steel construction, the Maverick is designed to move easily between everyday wear, travel and life around the water.

Reference 241934 is an earlier configuration of the Victorinox Maverick Large and remains a particularly attractive choice for anyone looking for the combination of a green dial, classic steel bracelet and substantial 43mm proportions.

The Heritage

From Ibach to a Global Swiss Icon

Add Victorinox Heritage Image

Victorinox began in 1884 when Karl Elsener I opened his cutler's workshop in Ibach-Schwyz, Switzerland. The company would go on to create the Original Swiss Army Knife™, establishing a design language built around usefulness, precision and preparedness.

Victorinox entered watchmaking in 1989. Today its timepieces are manufactured in the company's Watch Competence Centre in Delémont, Switzerland, carrying that engineering heritage into a very different kind of Swiss tool.

The Victorinox Design DNA

From Swiss Army Knife to Swiss Watch

Victorinox does not simply place its shield on a watch. Across collections such as I.N.O.X. and Journey 1884, details are deliberately influenced by the forms, materials and engineering heritage of the Swiss Army Knife™.

That connection gives the watches a recognisable character: functional rather than decorative for its own sake, with thoughtful construction and an emphasis on versatility.

Add I.N.O.X. Image

I.N.O.X. has become one of the defining names in modern Victorinox watchmaking. Manufactured in Delémont, the collection combines strong case geometry, high-quality components and materials selected for dependable everyday performance.

Victorinox describes the case geometry of the current I.N.O.X. family as being influenced by the carving action of the Swiss Army Knife™, creating a direct visual link between two sides of the brand.

Choosing Your Watch

Specifications Vary by Model

Victorinox collections include different movements, case sizes, crystals, materials, functions and levels of water resistance. The range includes both quartz and mechanical watches.

We therefore list the exact technical specification on each Marcus Tempus product page rather than applying one specification to the entire Victorinox collection.

Swiss Made Quality

Made and Tested in Delémont

Victorinox states that its watches use Swiss Made movements from established Swiss manufacturers including Ronda and Sellita. The movements are cased and tested in Delémont, where each timepiece undergoes more than one hundred quality checks covering precision, water resistance and endurance.
