The Bulova Marine Star E1 Team Miami 98B476 was created to celebrate Bulova’s connection with E1 Team Miami and the E1 electric boat racing championship. Its standout feature is the vivid magenta ombré dial, inspired by the colours of the Miami race and giving the watch a much more expressive look than a conventional sports chronograph.
A black ion-plated stainless steel case frames the dial, while three chronograph registers, luminous hands and markers, and a date display give the watch proper everyday functionality. The quartz chronograph can measure to 1/20 of a second and up to 60 minutes, making the technical side as strong as the visual one.
Finished with an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, 100 metres water resistance, and a black leather-and-silicone strap with matching magenta stitching, the 98B476 has a genuinely sporty character without feeling generic. The custom Team Miami case back completes the design.
