Inspired by Bulova’s vintage Goddess of Time watches, the 97L184 brings the glamour of the 1970s into a wonderfully petite modern design. Its sculpted gold-tone tonneau case flows almost seamlessly into a finely textured mesh bracelet, giving it the appearance of a piece of jewellery rather than a conventional wristwatch.
At its centre is the detail we love most: a genuine natural malachite dial. Rich bands of green run naturally through the stone, meaning the pattern of every dial is individual. Minimal gold-tone hands and markers allow the malachite itself to remain the focus, while the small 17mm case gives the watch an elegant vintage proportion.
An anti-reflective domed sapphire crystal protects the dial, while Bulova’s Goddess of Time motif is intricately engraved on the case back. It is a beautifully unusual watch for someone who appreciates colour, natural gemstones and jewellery with a story behind it.
