At the centre is an oval tanzanite with that characteristic mix of blue and violet, framed by a fine milgrain diamond surround. Small baguette diamonds sit at the shoulders, giving the ring a little more structure and an Art Deco feel without making it look too formal.
The detail is what makes this piece — the beaded milgrain edge, the contrast between the oval centre and straight baguettes, and the way the diamonds draw the eye back towards the tanzanite.
